Dannoff
The brief
Oceans Events were asked to help launch Dannoff vodka to the UK market using live music and festivals as a platform, with the objective of creating listing deal opportunities and brand awareness. Dannoff wanted consumers to ‘discover’ the brand and this was to be communicated across all marketing. The brand has never done any kind of experiential activity so this is was very exciting project for us!
The activity
We brokered numerous pouring and marketing deals with the UK’s biggest music promoters, gaining exclusivity for the brand at UK festivals, venues and bespoke events. We came up with the brand experience concept, ‘Mystikal’ which will be built and managed by Oceans Events at major festivals in the summer 2010. This will also be supported by an extensive on and off trade promotional campaign, also to be implemented by us. We are extending the festival activity to venues by running a series of ‘Dannoff Nights’, where our promotional teams will spread the brand message and carry out sampling on special nights.
Ibiza is also on the agenda for Dannoff this year. We have already negotiated a number of pouring deals with bars and clubs on the island, with an experiential campaign planned for the summer.
This will be a very exciting year for Dannoff so look out them at major UK festivals!
